Turnaround Time, Shipping and Pickup

Turnaround Time (TAT)

All PREORDER items have a turnaround time of 7-9 weeks. The fabric takes approximately 3-4 weeks to ship to me. Once it arrives, I will work on the items in the order they were recieved. This usually takes between 3-5 weeks depending on how many items have been ordered.

Ready to Send (RTS) items have a turnaround time of 1-2 business days. If you order RTS and Preorder together, your RTS will be held until your preorder items are done.

Blankets have a TAT of 2-3 weeks, unless otherwise specified. 

Shipping

Items are shipped with USPS or UPS. This usually takes 2-4 business days. You will receive a tracking number with your email when your item ships. If you place multiple orders and pay extra shipping, I will refund it when your order ships.

Pickup

I am located just outside of St. Johnsbury, VT. If you are local to the area and would rather pick up your items, please choose "Local Pickup" at checkout to avoid being charged for shipping.
